The gambling tycoon, Stanley Lo, is said to be president. Stanley Lo might be Stanley Ho. The Wikipedia article on Stanley Ho indicates that he is known as “the king of gambling” since he had a monopoly over the gambling industry in Macau, with a net worth of $2 billion.
